Southern California winters are short, but a cold house on a 40-degree night is still miserable, and a gas appliance that isn't working right is a safety issue. We diagnose the fault, check combustion and venting where it applies, and explain the fix before we start.
We work on gas furnaces, heat pumps in heating mode, and the wall furnaces common in older homes and apartments.
Service and repair visits carry a minimum trip charge; we tell you the amount when you book.

Frequently asked questions
I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the house, don't operate switches, and call SoCalGas (or your gas utility) from outside. Once the gas company has cleared it, call us to repair the appliance.
Is there a charge for the visit?
Repair visits carry a minimum trip charge, and we tell you the amount when you book. You get the repair price in writing before we start.
Can a heat pump really heat my home in LA?
Yes. Modern inverter heat pumps heat efficiently on the coldest nights our area gets, and they replace both the A/C and the furnace with one system. Estimates for a heat pump are free.
